At Saga Printing, we take pride in the quality of our custom packaging and printing services. Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, we have established the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Returns for Defective Products Only
To ensure the highest level of service, we accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
Due to the personalized nature of our custom printing, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or customer errors in design/proofreading.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item and require an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team immediately.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To process a claim for a defective item:

Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange of the faulty goods.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Saga Printing will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for any items that are verified as defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
