At Saga Printing, we are committed to providing high-quality custom packaging and printing services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make our return and refund process as straightforward as possible.
1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be new and unused.
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Returns must be sent back by mail.
Please note that returned products must be in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or you would like to exchange an eligible new product, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

- If the product is defective or damaged, include clear photos showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization from our customer support team.
4. Return Shipping
- Returns must be sent by mail.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Restocking Fees
Saga Printing does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days after the returned product has been received and approved.
