Order Placement

Placing an order with Saga Printing begins with submitting a completed order form, either electronically or in hard copy, along with final artwork and specifications. Please review all design, print, and product details carefully before submission.

Once an order is approved and sent to production, it cannot be modified or edited.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order amount will apply.

Proof Approval and Color Accuracy

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the final proof before approval. Please check layout, text, spelling, spacing, images, and overall design accuracy. Once approved, Saga Printing will not be responsible for any errors present in the approved proof.

Electronic proofs may not accurately reflect final printed colors or transparency. Printed results may vary due to differences between RGB (screen colors) and CMYK (print colors).

While we strive to achieve the closest possible color match, exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible variations.

Order Processing and Shipping

Production turnaround times begin after full payment is received and final artwork is approved. Saga Printing is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or technical issues.
