Thank you for shopping with Saga Printing. We are committed to delivering your custom packaging orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Please review our shipping details below.

1. Total Delivery Time (Production + Transit)

For custom-printed products, the total time to receive your order consists of Production Time and Shipping Time.

Production/Processing Time: All custom orders are processed and manufactured within 1–3 business days after artwork approval.

Cut Off Time: 2:00PM

Shipping/Transit Time: Once production is complete, your order is shipped via our courier partners.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the USA.

Standard Shipping    8–12 Business Days         FREE

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your specific location within the USA.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently provide shipping services across the entire USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. 

You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for on-time delivery, please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. 

Saga Printing is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue immediately through a replacement or refund.
