Saga Printing offers free shipping on all orders within the USA. Please review the handling times, delivery estimates and shipping terms below.
1. Order Cutoff Time
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM in the Los Angeles time zone, shown as (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time in our shipping settings.
Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day qualify for same day handling. Orders placed after the cutoff or outside our business days begin handling on the next business day.

A handling time of 0 business days means we prepare eligible orders for carrier pickup on the day they are placed, provided they arrive before the cutoff.
Transit time starts when the carrier receives your order. The estimated delivery window is the same business day or the next business day. Order timing, weekends and public holidays may affect the expected arrival date.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship across the USA. We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, we email your tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to check delivery progress.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, carrier disruptions and busy periods may cause delays. Contact our support team if your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery window.
6. Shipping Address
Check your address before submitting your order. Saga Printing is not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. If your package appears lost, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
